disclaimer - just throwing this out there for discussion, not saying any of this *question* is what i think.
some different stuff has been suggested of mr. brady - that he is a product of the system only, that he is a benefactor of belichick's spygate stuff, that he is a numbers guy only, that he is overrated.
thoughts one way or the other?

I do think spygate was a much bigger thing than people think.

His legacy is nowhere near being in trouble. Anyone who expected him to keep churning out SB's like he did at their peak is just retarded. He'll still probably be the best QB in NFL history when it's all said and done.

I personally think it's the opposite - people bring it up too often.
Since Spygate, NE easily has the best record in the NFL. The Pats were the luckiest play in NFL history from being 19-0 and have been to two Super Bowls since it happened. Two plays from having five championships in like 11 years.
Personally, I don't think anything is hurting his legacy other than idiots on the Internet. He's playing at as high a level as ever during the regular season like 12 years later and he constantly makes small white guys look like Pro Bowlers.
