    Carved ham is delicious.

We sat outside next to the kitchen window at Bing Bing and watched them cut scrapple. I've never had it. It just looks gross to me. My buddy got the scrapple buns and said they were really good.

    Never had grits either.

Dude, eat some grits. I feel like Rex should make some good ones at some point

Southern food, grits included, is generally awful unless you're a big fan of mushy everything.

    Pork Roll (not "canadian bacon")
    Breakfast Sausage
    Scrapple
    Roast Beef Curtains Unshowered
    Ham

Grits suck standing alone, but mixed with shrimp, short ribs, etc they are great. They are definitely only a complement

Actual bone-in hams are great, processed boneless ham(water added) generally is pretty gross. We had a Costco spiral sliced ham for Easter and it was very good. Costco meats in general rock.

Because when I think quality meats, I think "Walmart owned bulk discount store".
