    oh an alternate fuel source. Well that changes things. I mean it doesn't change the fact that if you take in more calories than your body burns you'll gain weight, but it does sound cool.

    You know kn, this would have been really useful information to give to mtcal a few years back.

    its not about calories in calories out, its about how many points this instructor tells me i get to eat each day!

    MT's problem was that his macro nutrients were way out of line. They were all over the damn place.
